This is a sweet suburb of Augusta with access to many opportunities! However, some issues with monopolies in some service areas make obtaining quality service difficult. There is not access to every type of activity or restaurant, as some of the tastes of the area are limited.
It is a wonderful place to live in and raise a family. All the people are friendly and welcoming. There's many parks and recreational areas for kids, and most importantly the schools are really good.
Evans is a great place to live and grow up. The city is quiet but there are still a number of outdoor things to do from playing sports, enjoying nature, or just hanging out with friends. The people are also very friendly and there is very little crime to speak of.
