Living at Alton, Texas I think it's a good place for people that want to live far away of the noise of the city and wants to make a farm or for retired people that wants to be alone and enjoy themselves . It is a quiet place and it gets very dark in the night, and for me I don't think that is a place for kids or younger people like me, I live in a apartment that is next to a family dollar and a gasoline station, and the rest it's just road. I live with my brother, my aunt and his son, next to us there's a family and they are good people, and my cousing play with the neighbors and I really like them because they are so funny. If I could do it all over again my last choice will be here, to be honest I would much rather live where there's more than six apartments, and also I would love to live in a place that's not far far away from my family or friends,to get to another place you have to go ahead of time, because it's literally far away from places. I would love to live on Italy, Guadalajara, Spain or a store! I don't like being that far away. I am praying and hoping that the area that I live grow more and have more places down here, i would to have a Mall over here or a movie theater or even a park! I wish having those things here in Alton, Texas!

The community is slowing growing with the town, although the people in the town are rude and often there is skeptical activity in the area. Due to this activity last summer my Ford F-250 was stolen out of my drive way this caused my family and myself become scared in our own home. There needs to be more officers in the city of Alton so things like break-ins, stolen vehicles, and domestic violence.

Since we are close to the border of Mexico this is a problem and sadly it does cross to the Valley. In my neighborhood there has been various break-ins, stolen vehicles, violence/murder. This does very much concern my family and I and something really needs to change.
