There are limited things to do. However, Idaho Falls is close by. Not a ton of free things to do. Limited family activities. The shopsare higher end here compared to Idaho Falls and some of the restaurants are better.

It's very quiet, but despite the small town feel, there are still plenty of things to see and do. There's not much in the way of killings or kidnappings here, but I would still lock your doors and keep an eye on your kids in case of travelers passing through.

Chuckers play baseball for us, there are many 4h groups here. We also have a small zoo and carnival in town. People love the scenery of the beautiful river running through Idaho Falls and we are only two miles from Yellowstone Mountains. There are many places to fish, boat or rafe t, as well as having great places for camping. It does not have any huge theme parks but it is the place to be!
