I loved how safe the city was. The Pathfinder is a biking and walking path that winds its way through the city. I loved taking walks on it with my family. The high school even does some training for their track team on that path. The community encourages the arts and cultural expression and discovery. There are concerts and art shows, opportunities for kids to get involved with musicals and festivals for people of different ethnicities and cultures. The school system is amazing and there are churches available for every denomination. The city is a place where people of different cultures, backgrounds and ethnicities are welcomed and find their home.

I have lived in Bartlesville since the sixth grade and before that we would drive there to get groceries and to go shopping. I love the homely environment and the community is great. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They have wonderful shopping places and amazing places to eat. The parks there are beautiful and the landmarks are wonderful and nice to look at. I love that it is just the right size of a town to where you feel like you know everyone but you can still meet new and amazing people everyday. The school system is tremendous and extremely helpful. They care about their students and protect them like family. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

This is more of a town for 50+, upper,,middle-class residents. Its pretty in places and easy to navigate. Not nearly as much entertainment, shopping and nightlife the younger crowd seems to enjoy. Not much at all for teenagers or college students. Decent schools. Parents are still involved.
