Bay Point Reviews
Rating 2.97 out of 5 38 reviews
I have been living in Bay Point for about 8-9 years with my family. I moved from San Leandro. It was an exceptional area to live in, and there are many good restaurants and parks you can go to and visit. Some things I would like to see change though would be the amount of crime and littering overall. Though, I made great friends in this area and also went to Riverview Middle School and made a bunch of friends there as well. Bay Point is a good place to be if you are trying to find a house or apartment overall!
I like how diverse it is but it’d be nice is the houses and roads were more developed. It’s good that there is a growing population and it’s getting more dense
Bay Point is a very small town, which is one of the things I like about it. There are many parks, and small shops and one or two shopping centers. There are fast-food restaurants and plenty of gasoline stations. I must admit, it's not a very clean place. There are some parts of the town that don't have sidewalks, and there are lots of homeless people walking around. One of the things I would love to fix is some of the poor neighborhoods, like the one I'm currently living in. Since there is liquor around the corner, you tend to see lots of people drinking and/or smoking. It wouldn't really be a safe place for little kids. In my neighborhood, there are also no sidewalks. My mother and I have been trying to get some built, but no one will listen to us. It must be because it's a poor town and people don't tend to focus on people with little money, but rich towns and pretty neighborhoods. But overall, I like my little town.
