I'm fourth generation in the area, and while the place has continued to progress for the better, the atmosphere provided by the people is not one I would want to stay in or redo life in. It is a wonderful and safe place to raise a family, but drama and economic standings control everything. If someone doesn't have certain friends or the right amount of money, they will not get anything good from the area and will struggle; whereas if the situation was the opposite, the person would get pretty much everything handed to them.

The area is also a tourist trap, so the economy continues to grow and better itself. The community has kept up with the flow of the time but also continues to keep some of the natural attractions as well as the historic attractions.
