Beavercreek Township is a a very friendly place. I have lived here my whole life, and I have never gotten completely bored. There are lots of things you can do to get involved with the community. One of the things is to volunteer at the local festival, The Popcorn Festival, which occurs annually. Also, there is a good variety of places to shop at in and near the town. Because a lot of families move here, it is constantly growing.

Bellbrook is an amazing place to live in. The people, places to go, and area in general are all just wonderful. It's a place that I can feel welcome and safe all the time. If I could do it all over again, Bellbrook wouldn't be my top choice to live, but it would be one of my top picks. I've been to many parts of the country, and only a few of them seem more desirable to live at than Bellbrook. However, this area has been expanding and improving lately, so I believe that will be an amazing opportunity for it to become the place it has the potential to be.

The houses here are gorgeous, albeit expensive. Not many homes here are sub 100K, and the community tends to reflect that. Neatly manicured lawns, and no junk sitting around.
