I love the little town i was raised in. My neighborhood wasn't the biggest, or the richest, just family joined together having a good time. Brunson as a community is great to raise a kid. But as I grew up the oppuntunities began to decrease over time. They didn't have much to offer when it comes to giving grants or being a rich and fancy town. There was on one gas station, post office, and of course our elementary school. As a whole Brunson was a red carpet school so education was a major factor in the community and we were taught by the best. As a resident of Brunson, I would like to see more community opportunities given back to the people/kids. More after school offers for kids and community center so kids can go to stay out of trouble. And a improvement also in the parks so families can come together and enjoy one another like we use to when I was a kid. I love my small town and I wouldn't want to be raised anywhere else, but Brunson, South Carolina.
