There are many local restaurants, stores, and businesses that have nice customer service and are successful. It's nice to be in a location where there are minimal big-time stores and restaurants because it means that you are giving your money back to locally owned businesses which really helps the community. The only business around me that really lacks are the dry cleaners. They have terrible customer service and do not know how to do their jobs. They have wrecked clothes of mine and all they did was claim that it wasn't their fault. Other than that, the grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and all other locally owned businesses around me are very welcoming and friendly.
