In the near future my current neighborhood may get worse due to a lot of people moving from the bad neighborhoods in the surrounding cities out here to get away or run from gun violence and deteroriating neighborhoods.

Not many, but foreclosures are rising there are a lot of homes for sale in the area due to crime increasing, and economics.

Crime rate is rising as my uncle was almost robbed last week just after leaving a fast food restaurant. Luckily the guy didn't show a weapon and when my uncle showed no sign of intimidation or fear the guy ran off.
