    Fortuna Foothills

    • Town in Arizona
    • 20 reviews
Niche User:This area is full of illegals because we are right next to the border. The crime rate is probably about average compared to other cities and towns, but I expect that it will only grow. Many of the people here are selfish and not very friendly. There are some things to do in this area, but only a select ammount, and once you've done them all, it gets hard to find anything else interesting to get busy with.

    Estero

    • Town in Florida
    • 27 reviews
Niche User:This place is wonderful. A great place to raise a family, with more schools and recreational areas opening up, there are even dog parks and a dog beach. The beaches are beautiful as well. Many new shopping areas and restaurants have opened up as well. Traffic starts to get busy during the winter when Northerners come back down but nothing too crazy. The area is clean as well.

    Iona

    • Town in Florida
    • 12 reviews
Niche User:Fort Myers is a fantastic area to be outside and enjoying our natural beaches. Along the beaches are multiple shops that have kept the same owners since my mom was a child. In fact, my grandmother owns a restaurant by the beach and all the time that I've spent their, her customers have always been polite. Other restaurant owners will go to see and eat there which keeps the beach shop owners close, so when it's the snowbird season owners can be on top of sales.

    North Fort Myers

    • Town in Florida
    • 28 reviews
Niche User:Being at my home is great. I have my property for my horses and other animals and other people around my neighborhood do too. But overall North Fort Myers does not have much to offer. There is a nice side which I live on and there is another side which is a community called Suncoast which isn't a very nice place. There is not much to do around North Fort Myers typically have to go into Cape Coral or Fort Myers to find something to do.
