Local business is great! Usually at stores like Hy-Vee and Walmart you can find everything you need whether it be a can of beans or the newest electronics. Popular restaurants around my living area are delicious! Restaurants likes Harris Pizza and Olive Garden, I love it! Stake- N- Shake is another popular restaurant around here. I rarely go into small convenient stores but the smallest one around me would be Walgreens, which is another store I go to occasionally.

i love the mid-west i wouldn't live anywhere else. My favorite season is spring, it rains and the flowers are so beautiful. We catch a nice breezy days all you need is a light sweater and umbrella. Summer is just a very humid. Its very nice if you have a pool. You have to dress light. We have tons of trees, so in the fall the leaves change. So beautiful and its just enough chill to make you thankful after the humid summer. Always keep hat a jacket with you. The winter you definitely need hat, scarves, gloves and boots. I wouldn't say the winter is bad, we don't get a lot of snow very often. Every year we get one snow that its enough to make me complain has to be over a foot and a half.

It's not the best weather anyone could as for. But that is the MidWest for you. The weather changes constantly and not all the time consistent with the season! Just recently we have 50 degree weather is December! Then a week later we had calf high snow! The weather is unpredictable most times and it is tiring having to decide what the weather will be like later in the day.
