Overall Experience at Tempe: It's great if you like heat. All the best weather, tons of sunshine, plenty of outdoor activities. Drivers could use some work.

Local Businesses at Tempe: Depending on if you live in the city or in the suburbs can differ on if resources are easily obtained

Employment at Tempe: It's been a constant problem and it really shows with the community I live in how much unemployment affects the quality of life. I constantly see homeless people on the streets begging for food and money, choosing to live here because it's warm, and I honestly don't blame them. Yet, I feel that the massive amount of business is only geared towards those that have some sort of degree leaving the mass of hard back-breaking work to those that have no money and really no place to go. It's shaming to see such dedicated people being treated so horribly, when there is a massive influx of jobs that can be done everywhere regardless of education. Anyways my area don't promote any sort of real employment opportunity which is disappointing to say the least.

Local Businesses at Tempe: The local business in my neighborhood is obviously geared towards college students. They often lower the facilities and necessities from the average individual to pave the way towards getting at college student's wallets. They often will open up multiple restaurants and business chain stores to take money from the typical college student. I see things like local market stores declining which is a real problem for the typical consumer because often times they can't compete with big name markets. Also things like laundry-mats are in a decline which is a problem for my area because not everybody around has their own personal washer and dryer. It's a real shame what big corporate brands are doing to local business owners and I would really like to see some of the money I spend stay within the state that I live in as opposed to some corporate CEO's wallet.

Housing at Tempe: There's a lot of cute little houses and condos. Some are better kept than others.
