Overall Experience at Winter Park: I live with my mother. It gives us a great living space and we live below our means and have extra money to spare and that by itself is a good thing. Its decent housing for an apartment and worth the price. Although many college kids live by us because of the neighboring college full sail university.

Local Businesses at Winter Park: There are not a lot of retail stores in this area. Most businesses in a 5 mile radius are higher class and more expensive. Need to go to Walmart? Prepare to drive atleast 7-15 miles.

Employment at Winter Park: I am young and a student suffering to just pay the bill with two jobs as it is. So it is hard to know the employment aspect of my surrounding area. However, living is Winter Park is quite the expense so I've been told. Watching mansions get built around me and high end retail stores with their owners fancy cars, I can't imagen the surrounding companies suffering to much.

Local Businesses at Winter Park: I am blessed to live in Winter Park! The location is central to just about everything. The Winter Park Village and Park Ave is full of beautiful little shops and delicious restaurants. My favorite store is Versona, of course being a girl who does not love jewelry and fun accessories. The new bakery, "Nothing Bunt Cakes" serves the best cake I have every tasted! And what town is not complete without a WAWA?

I am walking distance from Publix, which always comes in handy. And every weekend, if I was not always working, I would visit the Farmers Market.

Housing at Winter Park: It is overall a beautiful area with lakes just about everywhere.
